This was one of Jonbers' costumes for Drag Race UK season 4 recently. The BBC website describes it as pvc but I think not!

Also, taking into account what they do on stage, the latex should be very slippery (feet) and it shouldn't survive many shows. So PVC would be a more suitable material at the expense of the fit, feel and elasticity.
