Yes there IS a bal like u said. And work really well... I read the comment before start the video and said "impossible work in that way" after the video i was a doll without though... Freaky

It's clearly an MsJ style, yet the actual mp3 file is unknown. Who originally created the video is also unknown, but the end result is, indeed, impressive.

You are totally right. I actually love this video and it is actually really my second favourite right after the first one. I like to watch the first one until the feminization part ends and the "guy comes in" part begins, then I switch to permanent princess. All that in 70% playspeed while being "accelerated" π . This is so far the most intense sexual experience I know.
