Yes exactly.
Once activated, the vibrator rises to the maximum setpoint. The pressure sensor detects the change in buttplug pressure and switches off the vibration for a moment. After a while, everything starts afresh.
With a little practice in settings it works really well.

I tried to order the nogasm V1 but on the given webpage it says "sold out since July 19, 2016 😟 which is strange because the post of latlycra is from 08 Sept 2017... There is only a waiting list which I joined long time ago.

Very interesting. And it looks somewhat simple to make.
All I need is an inflatable butt plug, a cock vibrate, and a small pressure to analog sensor.
Add a few op amps, and your done.
