Chrome is the same.

Hit quote on a post and it jumps to quick reply box but no quoted text appears.

OK, that means more troubleshooting...

Strange... I've just tested on Firefox 51.0b5 (Android 6.0) and Firefox 42.0 *Android 4.0.1) - both quotes work fine:

Left quote (Blue) - make a selection in a post, then click the blue "Quote" - the selection appears in the Quick Reply
Right quote (Black) - click on the right Quote - the whole post appears in the Quick Reply textfield.

I tested with ABP enabled and disabled, both HTTP and HTTPS.

Is there a plugin installed that might block JavaScript for this site?

Ahhh ok. Right quote (whole post) works.
Didn't realise that was a 'button' as the left one looks more functional.

But the hyperlink looking blue one (left) does nothing in opera.

The problem is I can't replicate what you see, so I can't troubleshoot it. The only idea I've got is to check if JavaScript is allowed. BTW, does it work if you switch to the desktop version on your mobile?

Don't know I'll test when I get a chance.
But being able to use the full quote works ^^^^
Then I just delete what I don't want. :-D

Today I noticed that the design of this site is completely broken in IE. It turned out that IE was setup in the compatibility mode (aka IE 6.0-7.0), which is not compatible with the current software. This also can be related (there are plugins that emulate Explorer).
