Very good SB video of a nice set up. If you want to make a better spreadeagle you need to arrange it so that the ropes on you arms and legs are pulling in the same direction as your arms and legs are pointing. That way you'll have much less freedom of movement. In your set up the tension in your arms and legs changes dramatically as you slide up and down the bed.
That said, it is still a very nice video and thanks for sharing it. Pete
