Exactly my thoughts!
I think it might be a little difficult to get into position and lock the leg 'clamps' on your own, but not impossible to resolve.
My idea for a head support was rather devious - a large ring gag and a strategically placed silicon dildo. You can let your head 'droop' though the ring gag means the dildo will slide into your mouth - at least it'll give your throat something to rest on...

Not sure if this is the right location; I’ve had a sore throat for the past couple days and bought generic sore throat spray, never realized it was a general anesthetic. Thought about some nasty things to do with it. Maybe spraying typically sensitive spots throwing a condom on and having an extended experience.

Probably, it contains Lidocaine or something similar.

It does. I take some, every once in a while, but it does numb the throat, so I get some relief.
Tried using it for deep throat practice, but didn’t work too well.

Same here.
I think it should be appropriate dentist or oral endoscope dosage to have some serious anti gag reflex effect. Once, I was on stomach endoscopy and it really did the job.
