I actually bought the venus 2000 used on a venus 2000 forum for $500 and then bought my own receiver for $50. Then the vac bed I purchased for $300 on kinkinthebox. The one way valve holds hair for about 10 minutes. You can break the seal through the mouth. One way to have a completely sealed vac bed is to use a hood where it has an air tube and seals your nose. Then you can have the air sleep through your mouth out of your nose. This is something I may look into further.
