Here is my personal ranking of cities around the world, where you randomly and frequently run into many things fetish (high heels, stockings, skirts, wet look leggings, nice make up,
hair, ...) When I was there I loved to roam around and look for pretty things. I use to call it "accidental fetish" because the intention of the wearer is mostly fashion driven, but it caters to a different group of observers as well.
1. Tokyo
2. Minsk
3. London
Are there any other cities in the world with notable concentration of fetish objects?
My suspicion is that there is lots to see in East Europe, probably Moscow?
