I found, that it gets easier the longer you go. Princess made me ask for an extension until Valentine's Day in the mean time, so I will end up with 200+ (assuming that she doesn't make me extend again).

Needing to empty a prostate is a myth.
The body deals with it just fine and reabsorbs things accordingly.
If it's overly enlarged it will be massaged by the passing of stools and just leak out when you pee.

there are other ways to empty the prostate (prostate massagers, wet dreams ocassionally,...)
I know that there are studies suggesting that frequent ejaculation might reduce the risk of prostate cancer, but afaik there are none that hint to an increased risk with few.
But thanks for pointing out your concerns. It's good to keep such things in mind and have a regular check-up (my PSA level didn't change after starting with chastity btw)

Well, like in almost everything, there are trends in medicine. Personally if I not cum for 20-30 days , my first ejaculation after that period of time may be painfull (sort of)
So , to avoid that, I'm pegged oftenly, during my "lock/no hand job" periods. :😊
I like when I'm leaking, bound and bent over the table.
