There used to a lot of user feedback that seemed to indicate day-long or weeks-long hypersexual freakouts as results, but I don't recollect specific feedback about actual long-term reprogramming as with some other content creators.
It's the latter type that depends a lot on users following a specific listening order and regimen. The self-contained manic frenzy period can probably be set off by any pig file that clicks.
