In this thread I've shared how I've done super dumb breathplay while listening to the files.
However, I think while the imagery is present, in the text - not so much. If just listening to audio, and not having preexisting breathplay kinks, likely no breathplay will take place. If watching the visuals and with preexisting breathplay kink - dangerous games could occur.
Which I'll use the opportunity once more to recommend very much against. I'm proof the files can be enjoyed without having to do dumb dangerous crap. And also that the files can be enjoyed in self-contained bursts, a few times a year, and not be necessarily part of some long grueling regimen.

The files aren't really saying "Eat shit cuss shit is good for you!" they are saying "Eat Shit, get chocked & go fuck yourself!" there is a clear difference of tone & intention. Don't get me wrong, i won't stop listening just because some aspects of my deprecating idealization come to surface, quite the contrary as I enjoy mindfucking myself as badly as i possibly can as I am a strong believer in of training the worst parts as a form of mental training.
