3XL, enough long, fits ok, a bit narrower in the crotch than MJINM/XKCNY, but still ok. Fabric is thin, soft and silky as usualy.

I don't know your height. My experience with Amo and Leohex is I may buy one size smaller leggings or a unitard or whatever, but never a smaller leotard. Maybe girls can, yeah.
