I have learned that Retroshare is very effective with these topics.
It was a new program for me as well but as soon as you get used to it, you will love it.
There are a lot of different people having this and a lot more files.
In this forum there is a list of certs for Retroshare you can add and download the files later.
It will take some time to get contacts and sources to download. For me it was almost a month but now with more contacs and forums there are more people to add.

by accident 😉 I found the following file:

I did not listen to it for the full duration, so I can not tell if it is working??

Not worth listening. Computer Voice ( and a bad one ) sentence position , choice of words really bad.
This crap has nothing to do with hynosis.

Also, wenn du das obige File meinst - ja, das ist Käsequatsch.
Es gibt da andere, die machen das besser. Vor allem nicht mit einer künstlichen Stimme. Das tut bei mir auch gar nicht.
Es gibt da "Lady Tara" unter www.erotische-hypnose.com Da sind einige Files dabei, die auch mich in Hypnose bekommen.
Außerdem muss man manches ein paar mal hören... dein Gehirn muss sich erst daran gewöhnen...
ABER...
Wenn du nicht irgendwo in dir auch ein bisschen eine Sissy sein möchtest, wird dir so ein mp3 kaum helfen.
Das ist natürlich beispielhaft gemeint. Kannst du ersetzen mit Keuschheit, Einnässen oder was auch immer.
Wenn du wirklich wirklich Interesse hast, dann suche auf https://fetlife.com/ nach Hypnose.
Weil Hypnose mit einem real echten Hypnotiseur ist einfach 1000mal besser. Er kann deine Reaktionen sehen und speziell darauf eingehen...

Die Files von Lady Tara habe mich mir schon besorgt. Ich hoffe, ich habe bald mal Zeit genug um das ganze nochmals zu versuchen.
