I don't know if tere are more handcuff aficionados hanging around in this forum?
If yes, it would be interesting to expand this by some folks posting pics their favourite personal cuffs with a small review on how they are used in selfbondage.
The heavy Clejuso cuffs are certainly unbreakable, yet due to their wide bars and round edges they are almost comfortable even when tightly closed. Unfortunately, my pair is long gone but I might order a new one some day...
Here is some video of personal experience I had with them - no escape possible until I got hold of the keys:
Self hogcuffed in lycra and boots
They only fit around small ankles and almost certainly never around boots.
So I recommend getting some decent dedicated ankle cuffs.

That's a nice video - worthy of posting in the 'Completed Sessions' if you wished to? And, if you did post, I'd love to know more details of your set-up and release (I enjoyed the way your keys dropped onto the bed and you instantly reached for them.)

Hi everyone,
Adult female, interested in self-bondage, specifically with hinged cuffs, and have a few questions:
1. Are hinged cuffs safe to use in female self-bondage (behind the back), if the keyholes are facing down, or if the cuffs have keyholes on both sides?
2. Which hinged cuffs would be recommended for small female wrists (hinges taking up the least amount of space, for that restrictive effect 😊 )?
3. Which hinged cuffs to use as leg cuffs?
4. Where can I buy hinged cuffs in Europe, with delivery to non-EU countries (part of Europe, but not a part of EEA), accounting for cost effectiveness (item+shipping)?
5. If chain-link cuffs are safer in this regard, can the chain be cut/connected with a padlock? Is there a shop that sells cuffs without a chain?

I'm fairly sure the UK police stopped using hinged cuffs some years ago. Apparently if you were cuffed with your hands in front of you and you then fell forward it was quite likely you'd break one of your wrists.
