PS: much more likely the genre in general may have inspired that intro use of TTS in that very campy Kesha song.. but while relistening to MsJ's Boy Crazy I noticed it on the other hand, briefly samples the 1987 Italian pop song "Boys (Summertime Love)" by Sabrina very quietly in the background a couple of times, (lol, unlike Kesha's video, Sabrina's Boys MTV video has apparently been age-restricted on youtube... lol, oh my, to quote Asterix, sono pazzi questi romani...).

Anyways, I listened to the song again and you were right, it isn't MsJ's TTS.
It might be the Bambi voice from bambi4eva. I listen to her a lot as well😂
