I was listening to an Alice tracks (at a constant volume), while a linear ramp-up of some Bambi Sleep tracks in the background was pumping more pleasure into my body.

I don't have the project file in Reaper anymore, so I can't retrieve the track titles, but I still have the rendered m4a file.
It might work for you, or it might not, depending on what kinds of things trigger you.
