Manila Rope Self Bondage
Some viewers have asked me whether I can use other ropes from regular hardware store. The answer is definately yes, one of my favorities is manila rope, which you can purchase from stores such as Home Depo directly. It is rougher and more difficult to handle than regular Japanese hemp rope but has the lasting sensation and rope marks. Here is the description from Home Depo: Manila rope is made from a natural fiber called hemp and comes in diameter sizes of 1/4-inch to 3/4-inch. It ties very easily and remains secure. Manila rope is resistant to the damaging affects of the sun so it will not melt, making it a good choice for outdoor use. Use where strength is important.

Manila rope shrinks when it gets wet, the second half of pictures show how tight it gets, one of them easiest way to get yourself stuck (please don't).

There were only two.
The box tie with the plaid outfit and the elbow tie. Those were the only two.
But if you look closely and study the photos, you can see how it’s was done.
Yes, I believe that’s the whole lot.

I tried doing something similar today , sorry if this is wrong place but it was inspired by Nancy style.
I didn't use door handle, just using arms to tighten and throwing ropes around body.
First part was to tie a simple harness as a kind of anchor point to make pulley for elbow tie. I have a separate elbow coil which is tightened by a pulley rope. And got the end of that rope to wrap around the body.
