I'm not sure what to think of this, sure it's practical but perhaps having your arms 'free' defeats the bondage aspect? I do like the neck-entry and the sounds it makes though.

Some very nice "maid in distress" scenes in an episode of Murdoch Mysteries, season 7, episode 1, starting around 30:00. A woman tied up and gagged in a victorian steward dress, locked in a box that slowly fills with water. Find "couchtuner", navigate to Murdoch Mysteries etc.

These balloons are fun, but very delicate. You enter this balloon through the neck with is quite long and neck-tight, but also very flexible. I had one a while ago, but it popped during the third or fourth time due to a tiny stone on my carpet - literally ripped apart even though it was not close to maximum stretch.
