Not sure if this is the right thread but I couldn't get into trance state listening to SB (or any other tists' files)
I've been listening to TTP-S1 once or twice a day for 4 days yet nothing happened. My left arm didn't get heavier when she said so. Sometimes I would lose focus for a few seconds then suddenly feel bad or shocked(?) not focusing on the file. Sometimes I fell "half asleep" after the music started playing but it was already very close to the end of the file and I would miss the wake up countdown.
I listened to failing to resist (delux version) twice but it didn't work either.
Should I "practice" entering trance state with other files or should I just move on to TTP-S2 and hope it would work?
