A script idea below : the idea is to have a countdown that counts both up and down simultaneously, with the final number either dropping you deeper, or letting you wake.

One  : See the doorway closed within you mind
Two  : Feel your focus begin to sharpen
One  : then back down like a gentle breath
Three : Take a deep breath in that fills you stomach, chest, and throat
Two  : slowly begin to exhale in a controlled manner
One  : allow the breath to fully work its way out
Four  : another full deep breath in
Three : Invited, and without strain

Three : but not because of straining

Seven : the number of completeness
Six  : are you awake or are you asleep
Five  : let the infinite of trance

Three : If it does not ring true
Two  : you can close the doorway of your mind
One  : and choose to forget

Zero (Sleep loop) - sleep, and let yourself drop deeper into the experience of being in trance
Eight (wake) - feel the bubble of your mind disconnect and separate, taking only that which is needed

keep the count, but no script in between, just a simple breath in and out.
After each breath out you hear the next number of the count
each breath and count should be 'metronome' like consistency
subliminal track track should play through both left and right ears simulataneously, but the volume of the channel should be lower than the solo channels
the main script should bounce between left and right ear, as if dancing around the subliminal channel
the main track volume can override the subliminal track, but the key moments of where the count resets should probably be audible

--Special note
the eight and zero can later be split and played through each ear differently (essentially shutting off one half of the mind, to let the other half have free reign. If done, then the next time through you should switch ears)

Did a stretch session
Found body moving in sexual ways occasionally as the tension I was chasing was moving

Thoughts:
Even if a suggestion is rejected, the body might find itself acting subconciously in anti-suggestion way. Long term unbalance of muscle usage leads to improper posture that can only be worked out by acting in the pro-suggestion way. (Perhaps we arent as immune to hypno as we think)
