There is nothing special. Make sure, that your stomach is empty. You insert the dildo in your mouth as far as it's comfortable and does not cause any gag reflex. Then move it a little bit farther. And try to relax and hold your gag reflex from happening. If it happens - no problem. Go back, relax, go farther. Etc.

If you want to have a double fun, insert a well lubricated dildo in your ass. Feel it launched backwards when your gag reflex is triggered. Wear pantyhose and/or swimsuit to prevent it shooting too far šŸ˜‚
