i cannot remember the suggestions either, but I feel like I want and need to listen. GF was a while back now, and we aren't together now but she was really a "girly" girl so to speak, very fem and into trippy and new age-y stuff like hypnosis, and introduced me to SB. I think she said she learned about SB and female led relationships on the now defunct sleepy chat and I guess she just made what I guess would be a more or less natural connection to female seduction and hypnosis techniques.
