I bought just the bottom part and it was way to small.

The waist supposedly stretches out 20cm. Don't know if that's enough or not.

Wasn’t that. The rise was very small. It wouldn’t reach to my waist.
And was the start. Yes, it’s very streachy. However.....
The tube that fits over the penis is totally useless. When your limp, you really wet yourself. Also, the vagina was just as useless. Even with lube, the opening just folds out of the suit and you have to retuck it back in the suit.
So, for me, a waste of $200.00 and it’s now sits in a box in the ministorage.
And this was the largest they had. 3XL I think.

I have had one of those full body suits. Don't.
The neck entry is extermely difficult and pretty soon you will rip it up.
My weight is less than 180 pounds and my length is 5'11.
There are various types of penis tubes. Some very wide and some extremely narrow and hard to put on in the confines of a suit half put on.
Those may be so restrictive that peeing can be painful.
I also think they make the breasts too big. For a C cup you will need a bra that is at least D.
I managed to put mine on twice before it ripped. It takes at least half an hour of painful struggling to put it on. The hard part it to get it past your shoulders. If you get help it might be easier. In my case it came with a video, which more or less skipped that part. Also the guy in the video was rather thin.
If you buy it anyway, best is to put it on under the shower.

I have a "bottom part" where I cut off the penis tube because that's useless, and a "top part". I quite like them and I do wonder what a full suit would feel and look like. I can get into them quite easily.
