But I've actually came to the cause of it all, and it's simply that I've been denying myself who I am since about the age of 9.

Besides a significant part of the day, once or two times per year I have opportunity to be a "full time woman" for a week. Not since covid occurs. ☹️ , Home office, no business travel, etc...
