Although they are located in Rotterdam, they sell most by internet. There was recently an interview with the owner. She told that they sell about 1/3 of the shoes to men.
Depending on where I look, they go to size 46,47 or 48.
May be not too cheap to have them sent to the US though.

Easiest is probably looking for a US based site that sells the brand "Pleaser" And keep in mind that they usually are big and you don't want too much room in heels.
My sneaker size is eu42 men (and unisex/female usually too). But I got some Pleaser's which are only eu 40.
