It’s called a panel harness ball gag. Just make sure the material is not pleather or plastic. Those will rip pretty quickly and you want the ball gag to be silicone instead of rubber, rubber tends to taste funny and it’s hard on the teeth. IMO

Hi, I tried a similar panel gag, and it's horrible. The ball did not have a hole to breath and the 2 leather part to fix the ball hurted a LOT.
It was just my experience.

I recommend the one from bondagewebbing from personal experience. Their panel gag is both comfortable and tight, pricey though.
