Oh perhaps. I haven't tried to just look at the files to analyze whats going on really, and without doing that I feel it's somewhat hard to even know what is being spoken lol

So I listened to the three of them, back to back, and I will say I felt pretty mentally cloudy and honestly very tired.
However I did an intense exercise workout right before so maybe that is why I was exhausted lol

Probably, but you listened to three of them in a row? isn't supose to be 1 per day? maybe it was too much.
