RE: Samantha Bandler/Sez hypnosis - throwaway4349 - 19 May 2025 (07 May 2025, 23:40 )Like Ra Wrote: Has anybody listened to "The Agreement" from 2021? I think it's SBs best work. While it implies that it's only a 5-day agreement, the circular reasoning insidiously traps literal minded individuals into a much longer (infinite?) loop. Glad to hear Samantha is back. RE: Samantha Bandler/Sez hypnosis - RabbitSeason - 20 May 2025 Having listened to several more files, I can see why they are so addictive, they are just chock full of dopamine hits. That being said, so far most of the content isn't targeted at me so I don't think I'll get much out of these beside cravings for what is basically mind candy. RE: Samantha Bandler/Sez hypnosis - Zooy - 20 May 2025 (18 May 2025, 20:44 )RabbitSeason Wrote: I have just started on a few select SB files, the last two nights I listened to LSD. Normally I don't really have much in the way of post-hypnotic effects from files, I trance very easily and SB files put me pretty far down but it is rare for me to have any result afterwards. Anyway, this morning I had a horrific nightmare (kind of John Carpenter meets Hitchcock). What is unusual here is that I am prone to having terrible nightmares, to the point where I take medication to avoid waking up screaming every night. I haven't remembered my dreams since I started taking this medication, but I remember this dream very vividly hours later. So it seems to be doing *something*. I will likely stop listening to it though, it's better that I do not remember the crap my SCM is dishing out.Maybe the following can help you? When I was little (about 4 years old) I had recurring nightmares, and I would wake up crying, and my mother would have to come to console me. Then, one day, I decided that I wanted to know, what it was that made me afraid, and I decided that next time I would get a nightmare, I would study it, to see what was so special about it. Never had a nightmare again. Since then, I somehow know when I am dreaming, and if I don't want it, I can break it off. My sister cannot do this, or does not want to try (she rarely accepts suggestions) and still has lots of nightmares at age 80+. RE: Samantha Bandler/Sez hypnosis - RabbitSeason - 20 May 2025 (20 May 2025, 08:44 )Zooy Wrote: Maybe the following can help you? Thanks for your kindness. In this case the issue is caused by an anxiety disorder, which appears to be congenital (my sister and mother have the same problem), the meds do work but not all my dreams were nightmares and I miss remembering some of them. In retrospect it was dumb idea to mess with it using conditioning files, it's kind of one of those situations where it's been so long since I've had the problem I forgot that my subconscious mind is kind of awful. But the point of the report was to say, that I do think the file does something, just not the something I was hoping for. |
