The five day listening and thinking sissy thoughts seemed to work for me atleast. During that time I did not get anything out of "straight porn" and felt compelled to watch sissies instead.
That is right but for me both make me feel quite submissive and I love that. The file also puts the listener into a position where others can see your panties and you can't do a thing about it but get aroused, forcing the image that you have become a sissy yourself.

Edit: Yes I was thinking of premature ejaculation. Listening to all her files and trying to figure out what could be hidden inside is a tremendous amount of work, so if anyone has good suggestions I'd be eternally grateful.
On a side note, orgasming while soft is also appealing to me ;p its just my main focus is on premature ejaculation

I have just started on a few select SB files, the last two nights I listened to LSD. Normally I don't really have much in the way of post-hypnotic effects from files, I trance very easily and SB files put me pretty far down but it is rare for me to have any result afterwards. Anyway, this morning I had a horrific nightmare (kind of John Carpenter meets Hitchcock). What is unusual here is that I am prone to having terrible nightmares, to the point where I take medication to avoid waking up screaming every night. I haven't remembered my dreams since I started taking this medication, but I remember this dream very vividly hours later. So it seems to be doing *something*. I will likely stop listening to it though, it's better that I do not remember the crap my SCM is dishing out.
