Hello again, good people of likera. I was here some time ago trying to get into BS, did not form a habit and kinda stopped.
Recently came across Hair Trigger by Samantha, listened to the file twice before sleep. As I did not remember literally anything from the sessions other than starting to listen, I decided to skim through the file.
Imagine my surprise as I'm skimming through the file and realising "yeah I heard that", and suddenly the file ends.
So at the very least, the suggestion to consciously forget worked 100%.
As I did not practice trancing, and BS had only minor effects after multiple sessions, I was truly shocked how well the file (or at least a part of it) worked on me.
Got myself TTP 1-7 to start things off, does anyone have recommendations for good beginner-friendly files by Samantha?

Not that I noticed. Given mine experience with BS, the main thing for me was how effective the suggestion was. I was expecting this kind of effects after much longer practice with trancing.
However since the previous post I did listen to ttp1 for 2 times, so far it has similar effect on me as BS.
My plan is to listen to ttp files twice a day, switching to next level after 5 days.
