That is how I understand @Like Ra's guide lines above (see first post in this thread), if it is one of the allowed types, then there is also no reason to remove it after it has been identified.

I don't know who created the audio track/loop, has been been around for years & used especially in many (older) sissy video backing tracks.
There is a clean version of the track without the echo.
I don't remember where I found it (possibly hypno-fetish before it changed to account only access). It did not have a file name or any mp3 tags, I gave it that name so I could find it:
