The variant "with hole" has a penis sleeve hidden inside. It's perfectly positioned. The sleeve is also a litte bit "fuckable" by pushing the pelvis forward and back - might be entertaining or possibly frustrating in bondage.
Now, the bad parts:
- Padding makes it look a little bit funny if the pants are thin. Less visible under jeans.
- The sleeve can't be turned inside-out. It has the advantage that it keeps the penis from falling sideways/down, but cleaning might be a problem.

Just bought one. Just to see if it’s really good or really bad.
