Are you wanting a punishment where you don't have an actual choice? ie. Weight scale wired to your door that won't unlock for 4 hours if you fail the weigh in.
Or something self-imposed? ie. Tie yourself in a hogtie position but the rope from your ankles goes to a pulldown bar on a weight machine. 50 reps and you let yourself out.
