The idea of using it as a deep throat gag,
that you insert and Blow the middle part up like a ballgag,
sounds interesting.
But i am anxious, that the metall tip will hurt your throat.

I still think it need a flat/wider base for safe play..
a few pumps of the knot and that is just going to pull itself further and further in...

It does look like the insemination tube coupler has a hex nut on it... this could maybe be undone and use it to secure a flange or something ??
