I haven't tried it yet! Honestly, most orgasm-oriented files tend to fall flat for me. My body and brain are weird in the way they process sensation and pleasure, so I tend to avoid anything that is going to give potential physiological pleasure effects. My body becomes pretty dissociated from my brain, and any attempt to re-link those two will mostly pull me out of trance when I'm already deeply under.
But this does bring up a number of other questions. How do you usually feel hypnotic orgasm? Is it something solely in your body, or more in your mind? Does there have to be explicit mention of body parts/bodily sensations, or can it just be related to a sense of "increasing pleasure"? What was your goal for the trance? I'd love to know more!

Orgasm oriented files just feels very tiring for me, I always have to put so much effort to feel something, and I don't mean it in a lazy way, I think I prefer files that takes me to a numbness oblivion.

I hope you don't mind the joke, as I mean it in good nature and with good intentions. I totally get where you're coming from. I think generating any physiological effect is going to require a certain type of subject skill that will come easier for some, and harder for others (if any coming is involved whatsoever, lol).
To that end, it can sometimes be more effective and just plain feel better to have a file focused on negative effects or numbing out (negative, in this sense, being the lack of sensation, oblivion, total numbness etc) instead of positive (with positive referring to the creation of new sensations). I can enjoy "arousal" as an abstract concept that takes whatever form my subconscious mind wants to ascribe to it, but when that is being placed into a specific box of "your arousal is coming from a/b/c and it makes you feel x/y/z" it can be too much mental work to make that happen for me and sustain my attention on whatever it is.
Ultimately, I think I won't seek out that Beyond Orgasm file for now, as the submission/addiction themes are what really makes me feel good right now wrt Mistress Samantha's files.

Listened to Devotion Loop (on the background) - also nothing. Apparently, only the old (~2012) SB's files have some effects on me.

I totally understand, sometimes is frustrating, especially with Bambi files (that I will not extend myself talking about bc this is not the thread) like, the build up is too much intense, which is great, but almost every time i don't feel ready to it.

That one takes me back! I was starting to just get a bit deeper down the rabbit hole with hypno and starting to discover Mistress Samantha's work around this time. The Little Miss Squidgy files are iconic! Truly one of the earliest "evil" hypno files that gained notoriety.
