Ultimate tights. Having one. Polyester-elasthane, but very smooth, maybe better than spandex. Look for "Nike power speed".

I think, the brand has been mentioned here before, but I am not sure. There are a lot of those on ebay.de, I just looked. similar prices. I could not find a website or online shop selling these suits.
