BTW, it shouldn't be something bad, like life-threatening, pain or blackmail. It can be something very positive, like a prize to win, if you manage to look and behave like a girl. Let's say, $250,000? It can be a competition with $250,000 as the main prize. And a myriad of small prizes. Instead of lottery ticket, it can be typical women oriented industry - clothing, beauty-shops, nail/hair/massage salons, fitness centers, beauty-shops, drug-stores, even surgeries (if needed). Those competitions prizes will be a tiny fraction of what they will get back.

Recently i found SillyTavern and this extension https://github.com/SpicyMarinara/SillyTavern-Lovense. I think there are lots of things you can do with Sillytavern.
