- the catsuits look like PVC, not latex
- also, the not perfect fit hints more on PVC

I've come across a website called https://pornworks.ai, that while not as capable as a DIY model, can work all right when prompted with the right reference image. It doesn't do bondage terribly well, but seems to understand the concept of straps and blindfolds.
