Now that is probably over 9 hours of conditioning, so we got to break that up into reasonable playlists so you can effectively train with them.
It starts with Fem Lock + Free Your Inner Girl + Your Girly Heart + Feminine Light
This playlist is rather temporary, as the lock can be removed, and the other files just stop working after a time because of safeties
Then it is Fem Lock + Feminine Conditioning + Feminine Motion Conditioning + Feminine Voice Conditioning + Makeup Pride
This playlist is to effect permanent changes, just dont take off the fem lock.
Sissy Clean is used on a case by case basis, not everybody needs it, but it can help remove the negative aspects of files you have used in the past that would make you ashamed or otherwise limit your feminine training.
And last, but not least. In fact it is the greatest and most life changing file i have ever used. It totally worked and completely changed my life:
