RE: Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings - Like Ra - 03 Nov 2025 Next. I'm diving into the new image format support. Looks like the installed ImageMagic supports WEBM, HEIC, HEIF, AVIF, and DNG. Let's see if I can hack them in... RE: Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings - Like Ra - 04 Nov 2025 The forum upgrade solved a very long outstanding issue with small images - if they are smaller than the default thumbnail size, they are not shown. Finally, all images are shown! RE: Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings - Like Ra - 18 Nov 2025 This time it was a global Cloudflare outage: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ https://www.techradar.com/pro/live/a-cloudflare-outage-is-taking-down-parts-of-the-internet https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2025/nov/18/cloudflare-outage-causes-error-messages-across-the-internet RE: Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings - Like Ra - 25 Nov 2025 (04 Nov 2025, 23:50 )Like Ra Wrote: The forum upgrade solved a very long outstanding issue with small images - if they are smaller than the default thumbnail size, they are not shown. So far, I have no idea what might cause it. And it's not the Cloudflare RocketLoader. I disabled it, but the errors are still there: Checking the templates.. RE: Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings - Like Ra - 25 Nov 2025 Tweaked the showthread template. The diff report does not correspond to the real one, and the real one does not correspond to the oage source. Nice ... And works faster. Also: New kernel, new PHP modules, new MySQL, reboot. ... I wonder how many more templates need proper updating and tweaking ... And considering all the caches, how do I know what I'm actually changing? ... now I can go back to my PAID job ... 😆 ... DB backup first 😉 ... RE: Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings - Like Ra - 28 Nov 2025 Got this from Ali: Aliexpress Wrote:Site information violation Appellation failed. Sent them a bunch of mails - no response yet... 😪 That's a bummer ... Going to appeal again. But they never say what's wrong. I'm getting penalties every month for "Antispam Minor Violation"/"Reason for violation:Traffic" and also with no explanation. |
