@Keilight , I want to apologise a bit - I was the anon on newfapchan who explicitly asked you to put more anxiety triggers / harsh controlling language in your files, and even invert therapeutic modalities like cbt to cause harm. I asked for that because it was my kink, and something that turns me on, but I have a comfortable support network that allows me to temporarily engage with that content without it deeply affecting me too much. I find it easy to step away from the content if I find that repeatedly listening to it is making my experience of existing less enjoyable.  There were a couple of spirit girl voice files that ended up with that language in, I think maybe obedience or a collar related one? I know that the one that had it in most didn't have it as emphasized in the description.

I asked for this because when I listen to things like that, the tension it creates in my mind is enjoyable to me. I like deep humiliation, and it's what I seek out in other places. This means that I have a history of knowing how that content can affect me, and to some degree, when it is sensible to stop. I think your mind is very different to mine, and perhaps your living situation too, and with that context, I don't think the negativity that I asked for was a helpful thing for you to think about.

In Western Lapland, treatment for schizophrenia and psychosis uses a method called Open Dialogue. It's very effective at helping people, much more than other kinds of treatment. They pay people who are in the social circle of the person getting therapy to take time off work, and everyone sits and talks through the experiences of the person. I heard about this from seeing a review of a play called The Eradication of Schizophrenia in Western Lapland, but a good source would be downloading the book Open Dialogue for Psychosis from Annas Archive, which explains the entire approach (too big to attach but mirrored here https://mega.nz/file/a5QAyYAB#egmj_w5_E1jCk5GH6AS62UDfRpDvSF_W_izOS3FZ0Yo). Psychotic behaviour, such as hallucinations of sensation or feeling things are meaningful in unusual ways, are understood as attempts by the brain to talk about traumatic experiences but language is not sufficient to do the job. So the "cure" is to provide immediate help if the person is in danger of something bad happening to them, to make sure they don't lose their house or something like that, and then once they're safe for the time being, listen to the experiences non-judgmentally, and talk through what is being felt. This talking by the psychotic person might be psychotic, and that is treated as perfectly normal and not surprising - what matters is the attempt to express what is being felt to others who are in the room to support them, not that it uses the kinds of language that is normally used.

If demons really existed in an astral sense, then every culture would have them. Instead, we see that people hallucinate based on ideas and attitudes common to the cultural environment they live in. In some places, people hearing voices report them as being very negative, but in other places that is uncommon. Often, the dominant modes of thinking about unusual experiences in the culture influence the form of unusual experience a person with psychosis has.

That's because, at least according to the Open Dialogue people, psychosis is an attempt to structure and process experiences through an usual kind of language.

There are other places in therapy that talking is used that seems similar to me. In Avatar Therapy for malicious auditory hallucinations, a patient tells a therapist the nasty things they hear the voice telling them, and then the therapist uses a computerized face to speak those words back to the patient, and has the patient contradict them. This continues, but as the patient contradicts the therapist's digital puppet, the "avatar" is toned down, perhaps getting a bit smaller, and the therapist roleplays them as less and less powerful or confident. This sort of mirrors what we see in phantom limb experiments, where simply seeing a fake arm is enough to change the way the brain thinks about the body's configuration, and lets it untangle itself a bit.

It also sounds similar to parts therapy methods like internal family systems, where the mind is understood as a series of interacting systems, for example one "part" might be a protecting kind of part that is a response to a specific kind of trauma that happened to someone, and so sends a lot of "panic!" signals in response to something happening that once was associated with bad things about to happen, but is now no longer an adaptive habit. In that kind of therapy, the patient would deeply visualize and feel within their body all the associations of this "part" (this accesses the memory/related memories - due to the biochemistry of how memory works, a memory must be accessed somewhat recently before it can be changed), and then have a conversation with that protector part thanking them for their diligent service but showing them that their habit is no longer needed anymore.

In all of these cases, language is used to calibrate, moderate, or share information between different subsystems within the brain.

If reading the above discussion was interesting to you, you might enjoy learning about how neuroscientists understand the way the brain works at a high level, which is by predicting things and then looking at the mistakes as a signal, several times in a hierarchy, all at once. There's a statistical model called a kalman filter - it's basically universally believed science that the brain works as a hierarchical kalman filter. We can train a machine learning vision model to look at the world this way and it ends up seeing similar optical illusions (like those gear pictures that seem to move) as humans [source: PredNet]. When the brain sends a signal to one part of itself to do something, it also sends a weaker and specially marked "efference copy" back to itself that helps it know that the result of that signal was due to it and not something external. That's why you can't tickle yourself. But some schizophrenics can.

They infact did not shatter my ego or reality in half and made me a different person all together like I had claimed.. it was just drugs. At the time I was mindlessly consuming weed and psychedelic mushrooms which altered my state of consciousness and messed with my mind. I had several ego deaths and identity crises because I would never take breaks from using so my consciousness would almost always be altered in some way. Another thing, the "weed" I would get were carts from street dealers which could have been cut with literally anything so I truly don't know everything I consumed during that period of my life. When you live like that long enough every part of who you deem yourself starts slipping away and you become a husk of what you once were, and that's something I will never forget. 

I redid the files recently with a more disciplined mind and they were fun, some more than others but in general it was a relaxing, imaginative experience that sunk me very deep. After the files were over my mind just felt numb and relaxed, as if I just went through some sort of auditory therapy and decided to hit the hay. I've always been inspired by the writing in these hypnos and I aspire to create something similar with my own twists in the future. 

Oh and the reason I've decided to return and post is because I feel like my statement if read by someone could scare them off to never trying the files or even keis stuff in general which sits wrong with me, so I'm dispelling anything like that within this post.  

The lesson of today, don't be stupid with drugs.
