Max/Prof. Harm is still the one I find the most, well, terrifyingly effective in this genre. I prefer female voices & can normally lisiten to hypno files detached & objectively very easily when I wish. I find it hard not to go under with him, the IQ files are not intended to be in your best interest.
Thanks and true his is good though I haven’t seen or had any luck with it yet but I keep trying it especially when I go to sleep since I have it on loop with my pillow speaker

Which NeuralNets files do you like to feed yourself? I've often recommended Bambi-curious listeners to try Pump as a preview of bimbofication hypnosis. It's such a sexy file, and i think for some people it's enough to scratch their itch and let them move on instead of getting seduced into a Bambi Takeover lifestyle they may not be prepared for!

TBH, I don't listen to NN all that often, a couple I find funny/clever (Lolipop, PomPoms [which was lifted from an amature file made by a couple & posted online years ago]), some can keep my mind focused on more pleasant & specific things if I am doing boring chores etc (Cock Dumb), I re-listened to Pump, is one of the more enjoyable ones. Some are just chaos nonsense, as if someone left a mic running in a room with a lot of horny & very stoned people after a wild party 😉 .
I'm not really into the Bimbo kink, I'm a bit too tomboyish for that. I very occasionally & very intentionally listen to IQ reduction related files if I've had a lot of stress & just need to turn off .. a strange & probably not recommended form of self stress reduction therapy I guess lol 🤷🏽♀️.

Currently I’m doing max harms dumbing down and a height loss regression file on loop but nothing yet in success or progress with them yet even with some gummies ( won’t go into detail on them because I don’t know if it’s ok or want to get into trouble)
