I see self-bondage possibilities her. I tried one-(single?)pantyhose mummification but it was nor quite clear how to make such self-mummification "less escapable". This is similar to the "pantyhose spread eagle" method.

I agree, though I think you would need either a 'bodyhose' style tube or else some XXXL pantyhose... interesting challenge there for someone?
