Well, a side channel can be effective. The trancer is helpful, especially for beginners, but it and the main files only reinforce each other. You can go without the trancer if you're used to Harm's voice and methods, or trance easily.
That's good to know. Do the other files actually bring you into trance? Or does the trancer set a trance trigger?
Harm's files don't use a trance trigger exactly, but the way the files are structured does that on its own. They're not really body files, they're loops, meant to be listened to on repeat for a long amount of time. If I'm actively trying to fight trance I usually fall by the end of the second loop.

Oh I wonder if that would work for me to get me under though I would love to meet up with a tist in person and see if they can help me with this and give me a trigger for let me go under by myself or other people

another update, i'm having a real hard time doing bullshit tasks for other people, like before there was just me complaining, now it's also me drifting off. I can still handle complex tasks and systems, but doing unnecessary stuff became so much harder. Usually it starts with an involuntary moan and its all downhill into brainwashing without breaks. Sometimes i get concerned too much so it all feels uncomfortable and i have to distract myself, but still, quite impressed.

Oh please thank you! His files are seriously the best since VIVE who i had been addicted to for years! So i definitely would love to try out the others!
