Yea, like physically you shouldn't touch at all while listening. For me this works way better than orgasm control. Idk, having learned to imagine touching myself when i hear his voice, gave me the biggest addiction. My body is aching for it. Well, a side channel can be effective. The trancer is helpful, especially for beginners, but it and the main files only reinforce each other. You can go without the trancer if you're used to Harm's voice and methods, or trance easily.

Harm's files don't use a trance trigger exactly, but the way the files are structured does that on its own. They're not really body files, they're loops, meant to be listened to on repeat for a long amount of time. If I'm actively trying to fight trance I usually fall by the end of the second loop.
