Yes, you read it correctly, it's a permanent lock for chastity cages. No key. You insert it. You hear the click. That's it. To get out, you will have to drill it out.

No, there are several models. Many of them have a cheaper 3D printed resin variant (100-200 euro) or in-between price (300-500 euro) for 3D printed nylon.
