OK, guys... In short - avoid for now. Just avoid.
- The e-stim can not be started properly (it works, though)
- the e-stim stops for some reason after 10-15 seconds.
- the e-stim does not work without a smartphone nearby
- the whole construction is flimsy and unreliable.
Today wjen I bent down, it said "click", and became one "click" looser. I applied some gentle pressure. "Click". "Click". And it was open. Apparently, the tooth wheels/mechanics is plastic with some "air gaps".
A funny high-tech toy, but that's it...
The guys are on the right path, though.

Questions.
What do they mean under "Puncture-free & anti-escape PA lock"? Is PA piercing still needed? According to the pictures no. From what I understand, it's a 3.2x25 mm wire inserted into the urethra. On one hand, it's quite thin, and you can pee around it. On another, it's quite thin, so it can easier damage the internal tissue.

If there is a catheter, then where does the PA Needle go?
Looking at the pictures you posted, I’m having a hard time picturing this.
It would be better if the seller had more of a line drawing or schematic on how it all goes together.
Otherwise, it’s either the Catheter or anti escape PA. But not both.
From what I can see.

It's, actually, neither. It's a thick wire inserted in the urethra like catheter.

Ok, I see it now.
So it’s the same as the handcuff chastity device.
I saw one back in 1999 on the web. Pretty simple. Stainless steel rod, bent into a curve U shape with one end connect to the hinge part of the one cuff and the other part of the stainless steel goes up into the penis.
The other cuff is removed and a stainless steel ring connects to the handcuff swivel.
In short, one pair of handcuffs makes two chastity cuffs.
