Ah. Thankfully I was - and the more you use the canals the easier / less painful it gets (moving them isn't painful per se, just pressure in that area at first. Like so many others I just lost my job. Certainly reprioritizes with urgency. Â
Only addition to the japanese tuck method I would add, is that the original hushed-tone verboten file (pic, pdf, etc - don't recall now) had some japanese writing, but outlined how to hold and fold and then CA the steps - think fufu without the clip.

Wait... whaaaaat? I was under the impression 'tucking' always included using the inguinal canals... I've been doing it that way for 23 years. Mind... BLOWN!!! By now it's like second nature to me, they just instantly go in with a super gentle touch.
However a recent concern of mine is the dreaded 'testicular torsion' scenario when tucking. It never has happened to me, maybe because I was extra careful... or maybe I just jinxed myself... anyways it's scary so I'm slowly decreasing the time I spend tucked.
