how do i listen to these files
can you do a few at once? i started on dumb F**k permanently damage ive probley listen to maybe 5 hrs of it over the weekend but just wondering what could be a good way of doing these files ?

i was listening to dumb F**k the first one seems more of a traditional hypnosis file and i swear i was fully awake than gone about the 10th min mark twice
the first time it happened i woke up just after the file the end around the same time it didnt even feel like i had been sleeping

I found it helpful to follow the suggested playlists. like when you look at his store, each goodie has a small playlist, and i had the "best results" following these.
He recommends to listen to the trancer file and then loop the rest, but i have not found a player that lets me loop parts of a playlist.
Also, sometimes i overconsume and my body just doesn't want to go into trance anymore, so i have periods of a few days where i don't listen to anything at all, but when the craving hits and i fall again its like way more intense. So i'm wondering if forcing oneself to listen for hours, or even worse, associating work with going into trance, is actually helpful. I get those morbid phantasies, but hypnosis cannot make you do what you yourself would not want to. An oft propagated lie to make people susceptible to propaganda and marketing.

I had that feeling too though I don’t know if I went under or fell asleep really hoping it was just me going under been listening to it when I’m watching tv

eady a trancer to begin with maybe im wrong but im really likeing this file his others are good and i plan on listening to a few all day today at work and see what happens either that or im going back to listening to pig girl files 😋

I had that feeling too though I don’t know if I went under or fell asleep really hoping it was just me going under been listening to it when I’m watching tv
would not be surprised if its a trance it's like one sec im there the next ive lost at least 10 mins

The trancer can be skipped if you're easily tranced by Harm's style/voice. It's there to set the trance up; I usually skip it these days.

Yeah same here and when I listen to it I feel like my body and mind feels weird not sure how to explain it numb like or something anyone else felt like that too?

Hence, if you want to satisfy your curiosity, I would say: try it out yourself.
