I can't help wondering if this is a self-bondage predicament?
How I see it is that she is held in place by the rings through her nipples (clover clamps could work just as well?). The dildo is on a spring that holds it partially in her mouth - where it will stay unless she moves her ankles away from her wrists. If she does move her legs then the dildo will be pulled deep into her throat (the ring gag prevents her stopping it).

I don't think we've done this one by Rook before:
- I like the concept, even if I doubt it would work in practise (the angles are wrong and her head can bypass the dildo)Shame really as this would be very interesting self-bondage challenge
